1. Acceptance of these terms
By accessing or using CSPRED (the "Service", "we", "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These terms apply to all visitors and users.
2. Eligibility — 18+
CSPRED is intended only for users who are at least 18 years old (or the legal age of majority and the legal age for gambling-related content in their jurisdiction, whichever is higher). By using the Service you confirm you meet this requirement. It is your responsibility to ensure that viewing match-prediction and betting-odds content, and accessing any third-party betting site, is lawful where you live.
3. Nature of the Service — information & entertainment only
CSPRED provides data-driven analysis, statistical win-probability estimates, and aggregated betting-market odds for Counter-Strike 2 matches, for informational and entertainment purposes only. Predictions and probabilities are model outputs based on historical data and carry no guarantee of accuracy. Outcomes are inherently uncertain. Nothing on the Service is a statement of fact about any future result.
4. Not betting, financial or professional advice
Nothing on CSPRED constitutes betting advice, financial advice, investment advice, or any professional advice, and must not be relied upon as such. The "BET ON", "EDGE", "value" and odds features are illustrative model comparisons, not recommendations to place any wager. Any decision to bet is made solely by you, at your own risk. We are not a bookmaker and do not accept, place, or process any bets.
5. Third-party links and affiliate disclosure
The Service contains links to third-party websites, including the bookmaker Thunderpick. Some links are affiliate/referral links, meaning we may receive a commission or benefit if you register or interact with the third party. This does not affect the model's analysis or the odds we display. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party sites, their content, odds, terms, or practices. Your use of any third-party site is governed by that site's own terms and privacy policy.
6. Data sources and trademarks
Match, team, player and result data is sourced from bo3.gg; betting odds from Thunderpick. We are independent and not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by bo3.gg, Thunderpick, Valve Corporation, or any team, tournament or organiser. Counter-Strike, CS2 and related marks are trademarks of Valve Corporation. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.
7. Acceptable use
You agree not to: (a) use the Service for any unlawful purpose; (b) scrape, harvest, copy, resell or redistribute the Service or its data at scale; (c) interfere with, overload, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Service or its infrastructure; or (d) misrepresent the Service's outputs as guaranteed results. We may restrict or terminate access for any misuse.
8. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including accuracy, completeness, fitness for a particular purpose, availability, or uninterrupted operation. Data may be delayed, incomplete, or wrong. We do not warrant any betting outcome, profit, return on investment, or that any prediction will be correct.
9. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSPRED and its operators are not liable for any losses or damages — including, without limitation, betting or gambling losses, lost profits, lost data, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages — arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Service or any third-party site reached through it. You use the Service entirely at your own risk.
10. Responsible gambling
Gambling can be addictive and carries real financial risk. Only ever stake what you can afford to lose. If you or someone you know may have a gambling problem, seek help from a local responsible-gambling organisation (for example, BeGambleAware, GamCare, or Gambling Therapy). Never chase losses.
11. Intellectual property
The CSPRED name, design, models, code and original content are owned by us and protected by applicable laws. You receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access the Service for your own non-commercial use. Underlying match/odds data remains the property of its respective sources.
12. Changes to the Service and these terms
We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without notice. We may update these terms; the "last updated" date reflects the latest version, and continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any disputes will be subject to the courts of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer resident in the EU, this does not deprive you of the mandatory protections of the law of your country of residence.
